OCTOBER WISHLIST

As the year nears an end, we find ourselves on a trail of revamping all that’s old. Seeking solace in the unknown and unfamiliar. A time when we rid of what no longer serves us. And in this motion we find ourselves in, we look toward filling the now empty shelves that lay bare with items of all shapes, functions and sizes, all bringing elements of purpose and new found stories.

In keeping with our usual (albeit weekly) tradition, flowers in the home are always top of our shopping list. And as the blossoms this time of year are in full delight, we are spoilt for choice. Our regulars altinate from White / Green Hydrangeas, to white roses. And on the odd (and spontaneous) occasion, we play with pops of colour via blush pink peonies. We love visiting Poho Flowers in Double Bay, of whom provides us with the best blooms in town.

We’re also on the lookout for the perfect coffee table books to elevate our decor. Elements of Style by Erin Gates not only inspires us with its interior ideas but also serves as a chic decorative piece throughout the home. To bring it all together, a timeless vase would be essential—simple yet refined to highlight the beauty of the blooms. And, for that final touch of luxury, we’re dreaming of the 2023/24 Métiers d’art Chanel lambskin classic flap in Light Blue, adding an element of iconic elegance, with a pop of colour to our wardrobe.

With Love,
